Color Temperature Orange, a filter used in film, video and stage lighting that shifts a source's color temperature downward; full CTO takes daylight down to roughly tungsten color, about 6500 K to 3200 K, with half, quarter and eighth grades for smaller shifts. Its counterpart CTB, Color Temperature Blue, converts tungsten toward daylight. Gaffers use them to match fixtures to each other and to windows.
Throw a half CTO on the LED panel, it's reading way cooler than the practicals in the shot.
