SSL stands for start-stop logic. It is a digital control architecture used primarily in asynchronous serial communication, where distinct start and stop bits frame each data packet. This logic ensures the receiving device can synchronize its internal clock to the incoming data stream without requiring a separate, continuous clock signal.
Check the SSL configuration on the UART, it looks like we're dropping the stop bit and framing errors are piling up.
