A readerboard is a wall-mounted alphanumeric display, traditionally built with discrete LED matrices, used in industrial or commercial settings to show metrics, alerts, or status updates. While older models relied on simple scrolling text, newer versions use full graphic panels but keep the name. They are wired into central monitoring systems to provide high-visibility feedback to a floor of workers.
