A one-hole strap is a formed steel or malleable iron clamp that wraps around a conduit and fastens with one screw or anchor, so it fits where only one side of the pipe has room. Two-hole straps use a fastener on each side. Straps are how electricians meet support rules such as EMT fastened within 3 feet of every box and at intervals of no more than 10 feet.
Strap it with one-holes every five feet and within a foot of each box, that wall is going to get leaned on.
