To Complete Party is a reservation code used by airline agents to link separate booking references together. When families or groups buy tickets at different times, their reservations are stored in different passenger name records. Adding a TCP remark alerts gate agents and flight attendants that these passengers are actually a single group, helping them seat the party together or rebook them jointly during a delay.
I added a TCP 3 remark to her booking so the gate agent knows she's with her kids.
