A centroid file gives each component's reference designator, the X and Y coordinates of its center, its rotation and top or bottom side, usually as a text or CSV export from layout. Assemblers convert it into pick-and-place programs, so the rotation convention and origin must be unambiguous. Wrong rotations on polarised parts such as diodes and electrolytic capacitors are a classic first-article finding.
Centroid file has every diode rotated 180, check your library zero orientation before you send it again.
