Digital Addressable Lighting Interface, a control protocol in which up to 64 drivers share one polarity-free two-wire bus, each individually addressable and assignable to 16 groups and 16 scenes. Drivers can report status and failures back to the controller. Device type 8 adds color and tunable white control, and the DALI-2 version adds certified sensors and input devices.
Floor 3 is one DALI line per wing, readdress the drivers in zone B, two of them answered as address 12.
